High School Development Program - Spring

This  is a 12 week spring development session designed for hockey players  that are currently in High School  and/or going into highschool. Ages  14-19.

We believe in providing a laid back and a no pressure learning environment... even at the High School Level.

With  BANDITS there is NO highschool association pressure , NO coach  pressure, NO "cool kids group" pressure, NO peer pressure  what-so-ever...  we provide a fun environment with the overall mission  to help players develop and achieve their goals.

We offer two skates each week along with a challenging off-ice strength/conditioning program. 

This  is a time where players can concentrate on what they know that they are  not good at, on what they know that will help them individually.. At  this age they know what they need to do to be successful and we are here  to help them achieve their goals... we have a 40+ coach resource and  will work with players 1x1 if desired. Just ask

One  skate each week will concentrate on skill development. These sessions  will be led by High School hockey coaches who will provide skill and  development challenges. The other skate will be full ice games monitored  and run by the Rochester Jr Gold High School Team captains. There will  also be an off-ice strength and agility program organized and run by  DETOUR Crossfit professionals. 

This session is 12 weeks long. March to June. There will be a 2nd session later in the summer (June - August)

The cost of the session equates to $30 per week ($10 per session/skate)
